These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Eduzaar application and related services. By creating an account or using Eduzaar, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. About Eduzaar
Eduzaar is an education search and student assistance platform. We help users discover colleges, scholarships, exams, documents, and government/education services. Eduzaar is an assistance tool — not a government authority, university, or admission guarantee service.
2. Eligibility
You must provide a valid mobile number and accurate profile information. If you are under 18, use Eduzaar with a parent or guardian’s supervision.
3. Account & OTP
You are responsible for activity on your account. Do not share OTP codes. We may suspend accounts involved in fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.
4. Paid services & payments
Some services require payment via Razorpay or other approved gateways. Fees, taxes, and refund rules are shown before checkout. Invoices/receipts are provided in-app where applicable.
5. User content & documents
You retain ownership of documents you upload. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display them to provide the service (e.g. verification status, application submission). You must not upload unlawful, forged, or third-party content without permission.
6. AI counselor & recommendations
AI-generated guidance and college predictor results are informational only. They do not constitute professional, legal, or financial advice. Admission outcomes depend on official criteria.
7. Third-party services
Links to external websites (government portals, colleges, partners) are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, or policies.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the app, scrape data at scale, attempt unauthorized access, or use Eduzaar for unlawful purposes.
9. Disclaimers
Eduzaar is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted service or error-free information. Government service listings, job postings, and news are aggregated for discovery — verify independently.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eduzaar and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app, reliance on information, or third-party actions.
11. Termination
You may stop using Eduzaar at any time. We may terminate or restrict access for violations. See Account & Data Deletion for data removal requests.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the courts of competent jurisdiction in India unless otherwise required by law.
